Pre-requisite: You must have been awarded the Playcentre Educator Award (PEA) and started PL1 to attend this module.

PL5 Rangatiratanga - Communicating Effectively aims to build your confidence and skills as you step into a leadership role in your centre. You will complete 5 sessions and 1 assessment task:

1. Working and communicating together

2. Enhancing communication

3. Nurturing leadership

4. Building community

5. Collaborating for children's learning
